What would you say to administrators about their support of new teachers (either recommendations or commendations)? ...again, your name is not required here....

Commendations: literacy coach, academic dean, and CRT are great resources for new teachers to question without feeling threatened
Recommendations: have more walk-through evaluations--more consistency (doea not always have to be assigned administrator; outside inputs are great)
I agree.. I have found the support to be wonderful and understanding. It has helped in making my job easier and enjoyable.
And it would be more helpful to have a few more evaluations ~ as a first year teacher I want to make sure I'm teaching correctly.
