How do you feel about the support you received from your Instructional Coach (Tanya) this year? What recommendations would you make to improve the support you received? (your name is not required here)

I felt very supported. She was always available and willing to support whether with teaching or outside issues that affect new teachers. I would like it if our PLC met more often on perhaps a less formal basis with a group of topics for discussion rather than just one topic.
Amazing. Tanya is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done, helps with a smile, and is aware of our crazy schedules and work loads. I have never felt like an item on the "to do" list, and have always received timely help and resources.
I thought that that "workshop day" was very helpful, and I have been well informed on what I need to do for certification, and how to survive/have fun teaching.
